Manage your emailed enquiries more effectively

Firstly, ‘New enquiries’ has been renamed to ‘Pending enquiries’. This is a minor change, but it enables new functionality: enquiries can now be switched between all three states of ‘Pending’, ‘Successful’ and ‘Declined’ to reflect the versatility of how your business can operate.

You can now also mark enquires are ‘Read’ or ‘Unread’ and print multiple enquiries at once!
