July 28, 2011 - Many hire partners have already taken advantage of the ability to upload unlimited items to create an inventory in their account. To ensure this new feature operates smoothly, we have had to make a few changes on how your account is managed.
From now on, when your erento contract expires, your items will be automatically taken offline, starting with the oldest listings first. This may affect you if you have multiple listing contracts with erento. For example, if you have 2 contracts booked with 5 items in each and one of your contracts expires; 5 of your items will be automatically taken offline, leaving the 5 most recently uploaded items online.
This new process came into effect as of last night, so if you have noticed that some of your items were taken offline, it may be due to your contract status. You can now either swap which items are online, or simply contact your Account Manager to update the number of items available on your account.
